“Had my car broken in on Christmas eve, and immediately booked a repair from the “faster” shop a few meters away. Turns out they couldn’t get it done and was told it’ll take weeks for my replacement glass to come in. I went to Broco after and found out they were closed that day (boxing day). I chanced upon the owners who were in that day and was helping a customer as well. And they took me in! Gave me a courtesy car for the day and was guaranteed it’ll get fixed the next day. True enough they did! A few days of driving with the new glass, I noticed the shade/tint was slightly off, especially during cloudy or rainy days. I phoned them and they said they’ll take a look. True enough to their promise, they ordered an OEM part to replace it. And within a 10 days from the initial incident, the part came in. They asked me to come in and did the switch for about 10 mins. This place is definitely more speedy than the other shops! I’m truly satisfied they cared and went above and beyond. 5/5!”
